Young Adults/College Director
This/these individual(s) must have a passion to raise up and disciple this age group of 18-25 in identity, purpose and spiritual growth. They must have a strong leadership capacity and not be intimidated by building a ministry with large vision from the ground up. This ministry will meet weekly with a service focus as well as build community centered events to provide connection and relationship. CFTN will be focused on directly building relationship to GCU, ACU and ASU. This/these person(s) must be willing and ready to become the liaison and bridge builder for this relationship.
Duties/Expectations:
- Have a passion to lead and minister to the 18-25 year age group
- Must have a passion for God’s word and the ability to teach focused on topics that apply to their stage of life
- Coordinate weekly bus schedule to surrounding campuses
- Help ignite small groups in this age group, and direct them to connect group coordinator
- Coordinate bi-annual missions trip
- Help plug them in to the following ministries: Men’s, Women’s, Outreach,
- Work alongside Next Gen. Worship Team to build sub teams
- Coordinate with Media for all advertising
- Create a healthy amount of community driven events to cultivate connection

Youth Director
*Currently looking for JH leaders and HS leaders. High School leaders will oversee both departments.
This/these individual(s) must have a passion to raise up and disciple the next generation students ages 6th-12th grade. They must have a strong leadership capacity, the ability to communicate well with parents and families and understand the need for charismatic creative ministry. This/these person(s) will be expected to develop relationships with students and be actively engaged in leading them through prayer, relationship, teaching, discipleship, etc. This ministry will meet weekly as well as provide fun engaging events for youth monthly.
Duties/Expectations:
- Has a passion to lead and minister to the 6-12th grade age groups
- Have a passion for God’s word and the ability to teach creatively to the students
- Understand the culture war our youth are in and have a strong discernment on how to lead them according to God’s word.
- Build and disciple leaders to serve in this department
- Create and facilitate monthly activities
- Create discipleship connections within each age range

Outreach - Part time
Part time with potential to increase hours
This/these individual(s) must have a passion to reach the lost, serve our city and create connection for CFTN to be the hands and feet of Jesus wherever possible. They must have a desire to build relationships with our city officials and organizations as well as other local churches to provide resources and ideas for outreach programs. This department will need to create various outreach opportunities for church members to engage in weekly as well as two bi-annual events called Reach Day that involves the entire church body.
Duties/Expectations:
- Build relationships with other local churches and organizations
- Connect CFTN as a willing partner in various programs
- Have strong administrative skills as well as relational and networking skills
- Help organize and lead the church in Reach Day bi-annually
- Find and raise up leaders to oversee each outreach team

Live Production Director - Full time
This individual is passionate about the online experience of our church. Must have the desire to build relationships with the volunteer team. This person is easy to work with and excited about the duties and responsibilities. This person is a leader and is innovative in the way they think. Ready to work and implement new ideas for the viewer experience.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Participate in and administrate the live production process for our services, online prayer, School of Ministry, and events
- Manage the media flow/execution of all services and schedule those needed to serve
- Assist with communicating the details of services during a weekly production meeting
- Identify, communicate, troubleshoot and resolve logistic/execution issues with production
- Provide production leadership for ministries within the church; this may include preparing slides, lyrics slides for worship, and/or providing onsite support during events
- Ensure proper video capture framing for message and worship broadcast/recording as defined, and backup services on hard drive; ensure sermon notes and other elements are on Pro-Presenter
- Capture/edit and prep additional content such as weekly video announcements as required to be included in live broadcasts
- Edit sermon clips for social media, as needed
- Have knowledge of the broadcast room, and how everything connects together
- Develop, maintain, and deliver a comprehensive training program for volunteer staff, providing them with knowledge and experience necessary to operate video equipment for broadcast
- Knowledge of technical and technological equipment used
- Providing technical support for productions, programs and events
- Working with the Director to oversee the completion of projects and ensure that all technical needs are catered to
- Providing accurate equipment costs and setup time estimates
- Be in communication with Creative Director about all services, and aspects of the job
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in live video production and A/V technology
- Experience with leading volunteer team
- Broad experience working with a variety of video, media and lighting equipment
- Proficiency in Video editing software and ProPresenter
- 2+ years experience in film production or Associates/Bachelors Degree in Film equivalent

Podcast Producer - Full time
This role requires someone that is attentive to detail. The Podcast Producer role works with everyone within the Creative Department, and executive team to ensure a great podcast episodes
Job Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Plan, setup podcast with host
- Video Production:
- Set up and operate video equipment for podcast episodes.
- Coordinate video shoots, including camera angles, lighting, and background setup.
- Edit video footage to produce high-quality visual content for platforms like YouTube, audio podcasts, reels for instagram, Youtube shorts, TikTok.
- Create video teasers and promotional clips to enhance podcast visibility.
- Audio Production:
- Set up and operate audio equipment, ensuring clear and professional sound quality.
- Edit audio recordings to remove background noise, enhance sound clarity, and add music or effects as needed.
- Manage the mixing and mastering process to ensure a polished final product.
- Upload and distribute podcast episodes to various platforms.
- Graphic Design:
- Create visually appealing cover art, episode thumbnails, and promotional graphics for the podcast.
- Design social media posts, banners, and other marketing materials to promote podcast episodes.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with the podcast’s brand and aesthetic.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the podcast’s audience.
- Manage social media accounts, posting regular updates and engaging with listeners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad creatives and promotional campaigns.
- Guest Coordination:
- Identify and reach out to potential guests, scheduling interviews and managing communication with executive team.
- Prepare guests for their appearance, providing them with necessary information and materials.
- Audience Engagement:
- Interact with the podcast audience through social media, emails, and other channels.
- Gather and respond to listener feedback, questions, and comments to improve the podcast.
