The details.
SOM year 2 will continue and build off of year 1 curriculum. Year 2 vision is to develop, inspire, equip, and empower Kingdom-minded leaders, who have built upon the foundation of a relationship with Jesus who desire to grow and use their gifts, abilities and opportunities to bring God’s Kingdom to earth; influencing and serving others where they are called.

2nd Year Curriculum Syllabus
E-Q Assessment
Students will be administered the “TriMetric” assessment and have the opportunity to learn their Personality Behavior Styles, Motivators, along with their Emotional Intelligence.
Leadership Styles
Students will identify their own leadership style, as well as learn about other leadership styles. In this process they will learn how to gain control of negative emotions and build on their personal motivators.
Life Coaching
Students will learn and develop Life Coaching Skills. They will have the opportunity to receive a “Life Coach Certificate” through Life Impact LLC.
The Devotional Life of a Kingdom Leader
Students will develop their own intimate relationship with God by encountering the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Students will learn the importance of cultivating a deeper relationship with Him through worship, the Word, and prayer. They will discover the impact this has on them personally as well as in their sphere of influence.
7 Mountains of Influence
Students will discover and learn the 7 Mountains of Influence and be impacted by leaders who serve within each of the 7 Mountains.
Kingdom Culture Leadership
Students will emerge from the wilderness, learning to occupy God’s promise where He has placed them. They will learn to be an agent of change by understanding that covenant releases authority.
Spiritual Gifts and The Gifts of the Spirit
Students will identify, develop, and apply their Spiritual Gifts. They will also learn how to operate the gifts of the Spirit in their Mountain of influence.
Servant Leadership
Students will learn to lead as servants, leading by example of the One they follow. They will learn how leaders create a positive atmosphere that nurtures the physical, cognitive and emotional well-being of those whom they serve.
The Character of A Kingdom Leader
Students will walk in integrity, honesty, self-control and kindness. They will demonstrate Christ-like character such as empathy, compassion, vulnerability, self-awareness, gratitude and especially LOVE!
Overcoming Obstacles
Students will learn to strategically overcome obstacles. Their training will equip them to stay calm, be transparent, communicate effectively, maintain an open mind, refrain from the ‘blame-game’ and more.
Listening from the Heart
Students will learn to cultivate listening skills, as well as how to lean into the Holy Spirit’s heart in order to see individuals as He sees them.
5-Fold Ministry
Students will gain proficiency in the understanding and application of the 5-Fold Ministry in their sphere of influence.
Leadership Leaves A Legacy
Students will learn the importance of replicating themselves as leaders through recognizing and training up emerging leaders.
